We only accept returns for items bought from our St. Ives store or www.fatwillysstives.com, please contact shop@fatwillyssurfshack.co.uk (Newquay), or sales@shubiesurf.co.uk (Falmouth) for items bought there.

Condition of Goods
All items are carefully checked before sale and leave the store in good condition.
Customer Responsibility
We are not responsible for damage that occurs after purchase. Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after leaving the store cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges

Returns or exchanges must be made within 28 days of purchase.

Proof of purchase (original receipt) is required.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

Torn or damaged garments will not be replaced.
Exclusions

Sale or clearance items may be final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Refunds or chargebacks will not be accepted for damage caused after purchase.
Your Consumer Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory rights. Faulty items (manufacturing defects) will be handled in line with consumer protection laws.
We have a 28-day return policy, which means that you have notify us within 14 days of receiving the item/s to request a return and 14 days to post it back to us or return it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn and unused. You’ll also need the receipt or Web-order number.
Internet Sales
Items are inspected and photographed before we post them to you, please inspect them carefully for any damage caused during delivery, please inform us immediately so that we can submit a claim to the courier.
Items damaged after delivery are your responsibility. Wear and tear will not be refunded.
If you feel the item has not been manufactured correctly then please contact us for the return address, we need the garment/s returned to us before issuing a refund.
To start your return, please contact us at info@jammproducts.com and we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Wrap your parcel securely (if the item arrives to us damaged then it is your responsibility to claim from your delivery provider). Items sent back to us without requesting a return or that have been worn will not be accepted and you will be charged for the return of the item to you.
We will only replace damaged items with the same size and colour.
Always use a 'Tracked and signed for' delivery services when sending items back to us. Items sent back via standard services (ie. not 'signed for' or tracked services) are at your own risk and it is your responsibility to resolve any damage or losses with your delivery provider.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you will be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges
If you chose the wrong size / colour please contact us and we will let you know how to return the item. Once the return is accepted, please make a separate purchase for the new item.
